Monday: Welcome Reception

Description: We are honoured to inaugurate the fifth edition of the Privacy Symposium at the Official Welcome Reception. This event will mark the beginning of a week dedicated to stimulating and insightful discussions, as well as the vibrant exchange of innovative ideas, set against the distinguished, historic, and inspiring backdrop of Venice. On this occasion, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with professionals from a wide variety of fields and to admire the extraordinary and masterful works of Tintoretto, one of the city’s most celebrated and influential artists.
The evening’s programme will be enhanced by a live performance from a string trio. The performance will offer guests a unique and immersive experience, evoking the timeless charm of Venice.
Please bear in mind that you are not allowed to smoke during the reception, touch any paintings, sculptures, or bring your own food or drinks.
Tuesday: Privacy Professionals’ Meet-up

Description: The Privacy Symposium is delighted to invite you to a unique musical event on Thursday, 23 April at 6:30 PM, featuring the ensemble L’Arte dell’Arco with soprano Benedetta Zanotto.
Forgotten Venice offers a journey through the musical world of 17th- and early 18th-century Venice, with instrumental and vocal works by Vivaldi, the Marcello brothers, Bigaglia, Facco and Gallo. Performed on period instruments, the concert provides a moment of reflection and artistic immersion within the Privacy Symposium programme.
Due to limited capacity, admission is on a first-come, first-served basis for registered Privacy Symposium attendees and speakers.
